...the woman behind Address The Mess:

Uptown Girl: New Orleans Roots

Growing up off St. Charles Avenue in Uptown New Orleans, I was surrounded by vibrant culture, timeless elegance, and true southern hospitality. My parents owned salons that welcomed the city’s most elite men and women. My mother-once crowned Miss New Orleans and holder of the key to the city-showed me firsthand the importance of making every client feel valued and at ease.

From the time I could reach the front desk, I was greeting clients and scheduling appointments-learning hospitality, discretion, and the art of serving high-profile clientele. While other kids were learning to spell their names, I was confidently spelling “Tchoupitoulas” and managing the energy of my parents’ busy salon. Even at home, my passion for order was clear: my dollhouse was my sanctuary, every Barbie impeccably dressed with shoes to match, every room arranged with care. That early love for organization and beauty became the foundation for my life’s work.

Houston: Growth, Service & Entrepreneurial Spirit

At 14, my mom and I moved to Houston to be closer to my grandparents. It was a big change, but I quickly found my place by returning to what I knew and loved-service & organization. Ironically, I began working as a receptionist at a hair salon while also attending college, determined to build a future on my own terms. My drive and attention to detail quickly earned me a promotion to office manager, where I learned firsthand how to run a business, deliver exceptional client experiences, and keep operations running smoothly.

Those years were a true balancing act—working at the salon, managing Address The Mess, and attending college. Through that hustle, I earned my associate’s degree, fueled by both my work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Later, I pursued psychology with an emphasis on human behavior at the University of Houston. Although I didn’t finish my degree—life had other plans, and I became a mom—I pivoted into the corporate world, all while continuing to run Address The Mess. Every chapter taught me more about resilience, the human mind, and what it takes to help people transform their lives.

My journey expanded to roles as a personal assistant, nanny, and even traveling internationally with high-profile families—learning the importance of trust, discretion, and seamless support. In 2007, I founded Address The Mess, channeling my lifelong passion for organization into a business of my own—all while simultaneously building my career in the corporate world. I started as an Administrative Assistant and, through dedication and drive, grew to become a Global Executive Assistant & Executive Business Partner. Supporting C-suite executives and entrepreneurs taught me how to blend the systems, efficiency, and high standards of the corporate world with the personal touch and adaptability of an entrepreneur. That blend is now at the heart of everything I do for my clients.
