Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Address the Mess, your time—and mine—is valuable. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, please review and adhere to the following policy when booking your session: Rescheduling: • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment, free of charge. • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered a late cancellation. Cancellations: • You may cancel your session up to 12 hours before your appointment without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session value, or may result in forfeiture of the session if part of a package. No-Shows: • If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full or deducted from your package. Emergencies: • I understand that true emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I may waive the fee at my discretion for legitimate emergencies. How to Cancel or Reschedule: • Please use the online booking system, or contact me directly at your email/phone to cancel or reschedule your session.
