Service Description
This is where your transformation begins. You’ll walk me through the spaces that need attention, and I’ll ask about your biggest pain points and stressors—because the space that feels most urgent isn’t always the one that will bring the most relief first. I’ll take notes as we go, then share my assessment and a personalized plan for where to begin. If there’s a space you need done first, that’s exactly where we start. There’s no need to clean or tidy before I arrive. As an ICD-trained organizer, I’ve seen it all, and this is always a judgment-free, discreet experience. Investment: $75, paid at booking to secure your appointment. The full amount is credited toward your organizing project if you choose to move forward.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Address the Mess, your time—and mine—is valuable. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, please review and adhere to the following policy when booking your session: Rescheduling: • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment, free of charge. • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered a late cancellation. Cancellations: • You may cancel your session up to 12 hours before your appointment without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session value, or may result in forfeiture of the session if part of a package. No-Shows: • If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full or deducted from your package. Emergencies: • I understand that true emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I may waive the fee at my discretion for legitimate emergencies. How to Cancel or Reschedule: • Please use the online booking system, or contact me directly at your email/phone to cancel or reschedule your session. This policy helps ensure I can offer timely sessions to all clients and honors the commitment we both make to your growth and wellbeing. - Gia
