Service Description

This 30–45 minute Zoom consultation is designed to help determine the best lifestyle organizing support for you—whether that’s in-home organizing, digital organizing, or a combination of both. During our call, we’ll review your current situation, talk through your biggest pain points, and clarify your goals for your home, work, and/or digital spaces. By the end of the session, you’ll have a clear recommendation for next steps and a proposed plan for how we can work together if you decide to move forward. This may include the following: 🏠 In-Person Space Assessment - I’ll visit your home to experience your space firsthand, taking detailed photos and measurements while listening to your needs. Together, we’ll identify what’s working, what’s not, and envision the possibilities. 📋 Tailored Transformation Plan - Using my years of expertise, I’ll create a customized project plan that honors your lifestyle, budget, and timeline. Every solution is designed specifically for how you live and work. ✨ Hands-On Implementation - I will be your guide to help you declutter, organize, and create beautiful, functional systems that make your daily routines effortless and inspiring. Project duration varies based on your space size and specific needs - from single-room refreshes to whole-home transformations. Whether it’s a home office, master closet, kitchen, or entire house, each project is uniquely yours. What makes this different? This isn’t just organizing - it’s lifestyle transformation. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy At Address the Mess, your time—and mine—is valuable. To ensure fairness and respect for all clients, please review and adhere to the following policy when booking your session: Rescheduling: • You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours before your appointment, free of charge. • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your session will not be accommodated, and the session will be considered a late cancellation. Cancellations: • You may cancel your session up to 12 hours before your appointment without penalty. • Cancellations made less than 12 hours before your scheduled time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the session value, or may result in forfeiture of the session if part of a package. No-Shows: • If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, the session will be considered a no-show and will be charged in full or deducted from your package. Emergencies: • I understand that true emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I may waive the fee at my discretion for legitimate emergencies. How to Cancel or Reschedule: • Please use the online booking system, or contact me directly at your email/phone to cancel or reschedule your session. This policy helps ensure I can offer timely sessions to all clients and honors the commitment we both make to your growth and wellbeing. - Gia
